I’m Isabela Rubí, a bilingual strategic communicator passionate about building brands that are culturally relevant, insight-driven, and results-oriented.

Currently completing my Master’s in Public Relations & Strategic Communication at the University of Miami, I combine advanced communication theory with hands-on execution in influencer marketing, media strategy, and brand positioning. My academic focus on persuasion theory, crisis communication, and relationship management shapes the way I approach campaigns, strategically, ethically, and with measurable objectives.

As a Senior Talent Manager at Wolf Management, I lead influencer partnerships from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, execution, and performance reporting. I manage brand collaborations across lifestyle, hospitality, food & beverage, and retail sectors, ensuring deliverables align with KPIs and brand voice. This role has strengthened my client communication, campaign coordination, contract negotiation, and ROI-driven thinking in fast-paced agency environments.

In addition, I serve as a Graduate Assistant, supporting faculty with research, course development, and strategic communication projects. This experience has sharpened my analytical thinking, strengthened my writing across formats, and reinforced my ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

I am also part of the founding team behind Manabase, a construction-focused project management platform designed to streamline operations for contractors and project teams. Leading brand positioning, messaging strategy, and launch communications for Manabase has deepened my expertise in startup branding, go-to-market strategy, and audience development, strengthening my ability to think beyond campaigns and into long-term brand growth.
